Abstract

We present techniques and an optical device for 3D quantitative imaging that exploit the benefits of partially coherent illumination. Focus scanning by using a electrically-driven tunable lens, wavelength selection and spatial coherence design are achieved in a programmable way providing fast data acquisition.
