Crystalline Silicon (c-Si) Metasurface Holograms in the Visible Range

Abstract

This paper presents the first experimental demonstration of c-Si metasurface holograms operating with good quality in the visible range. The measured transmission (diffraction) efficiencies are as high as 47.4%(30%) at the designed wavelength of 532nm.
