Numerical evaluation of transport-of-intensity phase imaging with oblique illumination for refractive index tomography

Abstract

A scanless phase retrieval method based on the transport of intensity equation is proposed for refractive index tomography. A phase distribution is measured from defocused intensity distributions obtained with oblique illumination of different tilt angles.
