Abstract

In this paper we present an analysis of optical parameters of HeLa cells in normal state and in the course of early apoptosis. Monitoring of average phase shift and statistical distributions of refractive index in cells was performed by means of digital holographic microscopy and tomography. The obtained data demonstrate statistically significant difference between these parameters in populations of normal and apoptotic cells.
