A combined digital-holographic microscope and light-field- fluorescence microscope for extant life searches

Abstract

Searches for microbial life in our solar system’s Ocean Worlds can be carried out with volumetric microscopy techniques. A prototype microscope combining a digital holographic microscope with a light-field fluorescence microscope has been demonstrated.
