Dynamic Control of Light Polarization for Optical Data Storage Using Holograms on Phase-Only Liquid Crystal on Silicon Spatial Light Modulators (LCOS SLMs)

Abstract

We attempts to parallelize data writing by splitting the laser beam into multiple write beams and individually modulating their polarization and intensity using holograms uploaded on a phase-only liquid crystal on silicon spatial light modulator.
