High Performance Phase Retrieval Code for 3D Nanometer Scale Strain Mapping

Abstract

Nanometer scale 3D strain maps of metal nanocrystalline grains were imaged with x-ray Bragg coherent diffraction imaging while being heated to 713C using a python-based, high-performance iterative phase reconstruction code called ‘Cohere.’
