ARTIFICIALLY CREATED NONRECIPROCAL DIFFRACTION GRATINGS IN DYE-DOPED POLYMER MATERIALS

Abstract

We report the fabrication, the theoretical and experimental study of linear (non photorefractive) diffraction gratings that provide strongly asymmetric diffraction without surface blazed modulation. Dielectric and absorption modulation with arbitrary relative phase shift is considered.
