Practical recording of holographic diffraction gratings in opposite directed beams

Abstract

Holographic diffraction gratings have been fabricated using two steps recording process. Recording beam going from the back side of the grating blank was diffracted from another grating which has been recorded through the final grating blank to compensate it's aberrations.
