Abstract

Similar to the absolute measurement of spherical surfaces a method for quasiabsolute testing of aspherics will be presented. This is done by the use of so called Combo-DOE’s. These special elements generate a spherical and an aspherical wave out of an incident plane wave. A light source of the NIR region is used to allow the measurement of steep aspherics.
