Photodynamic therapy of diseased bone

Abstract

Our preclinical studies confirm that photodynamic therapy can provide minimally invasive treatment of diseased bone, including primary or secondary cancers and microbial infections. This manuscript describes our experiments, results and imaging strategies for the clinic.
