The improvement of the 3-D reconstruction uniformity using depth-adaptive regularization in diffuse optical tomography(DOT)

Abstract

We study DOT using 2-D CW source-detector arrays, aiming at the real-time imaging of the redox state change with the brain activity, and demonstrated the improvement of the 3-D reconstruction using depth-adaptive regularization.
