Development of a Novel Real-Time PCR Machine

Abstract

A Real-Time PCR machine with fluorescence spectrometer and thermal cycler was built to perform DNA quantification. Besides, an analytical model was developed for predicting fluorescence. This scheme is as accurate as the commercial quantification system.
