Abstract

Inline holography with a pinhole is extended by using a multi-spot source and a CCD. The arrangement is aimed on microscopic imaging. By using a pinhole array as a multi-spot source the size of observable samples can be extended. The intensity of the illumination of samples can be increased up to several orders. It enables the increase of the distance to the CCD to get an enlarged, pixel adapted hologram pattern. Very small pinholes are applicable and the useable aperture can be increased, too.
