Abstract

We have used infrared microspectroscopy for chemical analysis of urinary sediments. We showed that Mie scattering from urinary sediments as small as 10–100 µm is influencing the spectra and the influence can be suppressed and quality of the spectra can be improved by applying RMieS-EMSC procedure.
