Fast antibiotic susceptibility testing via holographic imaging

Abstract

We proposed a phenotypic image-based AST via digital inline holographic microscopy (DIHM) and dedicated machine learning algorithms. The analysis relies on monitoring single bacteria during the kinetics of changes induced by an antibiotic.
