Perturbation Monte Carlo in Quantitative Photoacoustic Tomography

Abstract

In this work, use of perturbation Monte Carlo is extended to solving inverse problem of quantitative photoacoustic tomography. The approach is demonstrated feasible for estimating optical absorption and scattering distributions.
