Investigating antibiotics in cells with pre-resonance Stimulated Raman Scattering hyperspectral microscopy

Abstract

Pre-resonance Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) provides enhanced sensitivity up to micromolar region on top of the inherited Raman specificity. We demonstrate the application of our microscope on solutions of antibiotics and treated yeast cells.
