Abstract

Liquid reference samples for 2-photon fluorescence l ifetime investigations were developed, based on coumarin 1 and 6 and 4-hydroxy-TEMPO as quencher. Spec- tral and fluorescence lifetime characteristics similar to intracellular NADH and FAD were achieved.
