Colorectal neoplastic polyps imaged by fibre-based optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We present a fibre-based swept-source optical coherence tomography system based on a translation stage to scan sections of ex-vivo tissue samples, achieving a scanning range of 5x5mm2 at a minimum scanning step resolution of 0.5µm.
