Resonant-Cavity Two-Dimensional Photodetector Array and its Application to WDM-FSO Communication

Abstract

We present a resonant-cavity two-dimensional photodetector array device integrated with small photodetector pixels of different cavity lengths. A proof of concept in this device for WDM-FSO communication was successfully demonstrated at 25-Gbps per channel.
