Jitter performance for QoS in Ethernet Passive Optical Networks

Abstract

We propose a new online dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm for QoS in EPON, which provides a constant delay and jitter performance to higher and medium priority traffic classes while maintaining a high throughput.
