Generation of Optical Quadrature Duobinary Format Using Optical Delay Interferometer

Abstract

Novel approach to generate optical quadrature duobinary (QDB) signals is experimentally achieved using single optical delay interferometer, which can simultaneously convert multiple WDM QPSK channels into optical QDB format, enabling better filtering tolerance and high scalability.
