Scattered Light Modulation Cancellation Method for ppb- level NO2 Detection in a LED-excited QEPAS System

Abstract

A scattered light modulation cancellation method was proposed to suppress the background noise in a LED-excited quartz enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy system. For NO2 detection, a detection limit of 1.3 ppb is achieved.
