Wind Turbine Wake Visualization by Doppler Lidar

Abstract

Turbulent wake of wind turbine reduces the power output of wind farm. The coherent Doppler Lidar is used to visualize the turbulent wake of wind turbine blades to analyze its scale and wind velocity deficit.
