Abstract

Direct absorption spectroscopy using QCLs allows highly sensitive, selective and fast gas detection. Environmental and industrial examples include real-time monitoring of greenhouse gas isotopes, leak detection and multicomponent trace-gas measurements using dual wavelength QCLs.
