Phytoplankton Photosynthesis Measurement Using Fluorescence Kinetics Induced by Tunable Pulsed Light

Abstract

Tunable pulsed light was employed to regulate the phytoplankton photosynthesis process, inducing fast phase and relaxation phase fluorescence kinetics curves. Based on the curves, more accurate photosynthetic parameters were obtained.
