On-line analyzer of algae in water by discrete three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy technique

Abstract

A method of algae classification & concentration determination based on the discrete 3DEEM technique was studied,the on-line system with 12 band LED excitation source & 8 band fluorescence detection channel were developed and applied.
