Dynamics of a weakly transverse-multimode oscillator with photorefractive gain

Abstract

Oscillators with photorefractive gain (PRO) provide a good way to study optical turbulence.1 A preliminary deterministic approach of this behavior is presented here in the case where the dynamics of such an oscillator is simplified by a drastic limitation of the num-berof transverse degrees of freedom.
