Abstract

In the past, far-infrared optical experiments on shallow donors in GaAs have focused on the measurement and identification of transitions,1,2 Time-resolved experiments probing the dynamics of these systems were hampered by the absence of suitable ultrashort-pulse far-infrared laser sources.
