Abstract

Recent years displayed considerable interest in dynamics of coherent scattering of atoms beams on light waves. This interest is explained by possibility of obtaining of ultranarrow velocity structures of atomic density with a width much smaller than the atomic recoil velocity vR= ħk/M. Such narrow velocity structures can be obtained, e.g., at A-atoms scattering by travelling light waves field.1,2
