Abstract

It was shown recently, that in an antiphase regime of solid-stale lasers with and without intracavity second harmonic generation (ISHG), the subsets of modes corresponding to the two laser field polarizations can display a dynamical nonreciprocal independence [1,2]. This feature of antiphase dynamics in lasers provides the possibility of switching between different antiphased stales (AS) in one subset through the influence of the other subset.
