Abstract

Efficient stimulation of molecular vibrations is an important problem in laser chemistry applications including laser control of molecule dynamics. Of special interest is a correlation between efficiency of bond- selective excitation and chaotic behaviour of molecules in a strong field of laser radiation1. The main goal of the work was to study nonlinear dynamics for local OH-bond excitation in switched on laser field when strong field gives rise to vibration stochastics.
