Abstract

Using the methods of picosecond laser spectroscopy and EPR the higher plant chloroplasts photosystem II pigment-lipid-protein complexes ( PS II PLPC ) separated without detergents have been investigated. Fluorescence spectrum with maxima at 685 and 695 nm at low temperature, a singlet EPR signal of a free-radical type and many components kinetics of integral fluorescence of these complexes have been observed. We utilized these results for receiving the information about PS II PLPC organization.
