Abstract
It is potentially very useful to be able to generate a wide range of different wavelengths from the same frequency conversion device. In this report preliminary work is described on the development of a KTP cavity that can operate as either an optical parametric oscillator or as a Raman oscillator. Switching between the different modes of operation is accomplished by simply rotating the polarization of the pump beam.
