Abstract

Silicon photonics is an attractive technology toward an integrated quantum optical platform including quantum-correlated photon-pair sources and interference circuits [1-3]. Photon pairs can be generated based on spontaneous four-wave mixing (SFWM) with a strong pump field, but the co-propagating pump field should be separated by high-extinction pump-rejection filters (PRFs) [2, 3].
