Abstract

We observe CW-driven inelastic electron-photon scattering at a fiber-integrated high-Q mathrmSi_3N_4 microresonator. The interaction is enabled by the strong, resonantly enhanced coupling between the electrons and the confined optical whispering gallery mode.
