QCL-based Cavity-Enhanced Absorption Spectroscopy of N2O at 4.5 μm

Abstract

We present a cavity-enhanced absorption sensor for ambient N2O detection. The Pound-Drever-Hall technique was implemented to lock a quantum cascade laser to a high-finesse cavity by directly modulating the laser injection current.
