Gratings-interferometry at hard X-ray: an emerging imaging technique for medical, life and material sciences applications

Abstract

Grating interferometry emerged as a disruptive technique enhancing density and structural contents of X-ray investigations. This asks for brighter sources to cope with the improved imaging sensitivity. The talk will discuss source requirements and applications.
