Colloidally-Synthesized Nanocrystal LEDs Using Metal Oxide Thin Films

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We present methods for integrating colloidally synthesized nanocrystals (NCs) and metal oxide thin films into functional, air-stable devices. We demonstrate metal oxide and NC light emitting devices and use them to study the mechanisms for electrical excitation of NCs. Article not available.
