Abstract

Single phase thin films of Bi2.1Sr1.9CaCu2O8 have been deposited onto (100)-oriented LaAlO3 substrates using the pulsed laser deposition technique. Laser induced thermoelectric voltage effect of Bi2.1Sr1.9CaCu2O8 thin films have been investigated.
