Freeform Crossed Offner Relay

Abstract

The performance of a compact F/3 freeform crossed Offner relay consisting of three decentered and tilted freeform mirrors with conjugates lying far apart from each other on opposite sides of the secondary mirror is discussed. The conjugates position of this crossed design may be preferred over that of the regular Offner relay.
