Multifunctional Spaceplates for Chromatic and Spherical Aberration Correction

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Multifunctional spaceplates are invented to simultaneously replace air gaps and reduce aberrations, which helps facilitate the miniaturization of imaging systems. We demonstrate designs of thin-film-multilayer spaceplates for chromatic and spherical aberration corrections.
