Abstract

The validation of spectral forward calculations and retrieval algorithms is a fundamental task for ensuring correct interpretation of remote spectrometric observations. This is particularly important when analyzing high-quality measurements to determine relative differences and changes occuring within the frame of a network, and the codes adopted are to be commensurate with the precision and data flow of the measurements.
