Abstract

An Enclosive Flow Cooling (EFC) cell has been constructed, and coupled to an FTS to record rotationally-cold spectra of gases of atmospheric interest. The high-resolution FTIR spectra of the v4 band of cooled 1,1difluoroethane have been measured and analysed.
