Development of a Transportable Dual-comb Spectrometer for Remote Sensing of Greenhouse Gases Over Kilometer-scale Air Paths

Abstract

We report on the recent work at NIST to develop new frequency comb sources to perform spectroscopy of carbon dioxide, methane and oxygen in the atmosphere over 1 to 4 kilometer free-space paths.
