Non-uniform operation of cascaded Mach-Zehnder modulator based flat comb generators for higher spectral bandwidth and resolution

Abstract

We demonstrate optical comb generation by cascaded Mach-Zehnder modulator based flat comb generators. Two modulators were non-uniformly operated for satisfying with both “higher-bandwidth” and “finer frequency-spacing” optical comb generation.
