Abstract

We introduce a Fourier-transform hyperspectral microscope based on an ultrastable interferometer. It enables wide-field acquisition with broad spectral coverage, tunable spectral resolution and high sensitivity. We provide examples of applications for fluorescence and Raman imaging. © 2021 The Author(s)
