Abstract

We present a novel, miniaturized configuration of a sub-ppm levels nitric oxide gas sensor. The gas sample concentration induces a photothermal effect inside a monolithic diode- pumped solid-state laser resonator in the Nd:YVO4/YVO4/Air-Gap structure.
