Abstract

Differential spectral interferometry (DSI), a novel technique for biomedical imaging is proposed. The method combines the high dynamic range of time-domain OCT with inherently parallel low-bandwidth image acquisition of frequency-domain OCT. Perspectives for medical applications are discussed.
